Don’t Make a “To-Do” List. Make a “Done” List.

I really loved this little advice tidbit from Debra Eckerling, who was a speaker in my recent series I called “Even Doctors Need Life Lessons”. It’s a great tool for those of you out there who are so hyper-focused on what still needs to be done, rather than feeling proud about what you’ve achieved.

It’s all about balance, really.
