In Spain, they love cured meat. Like, really, really love it.
Spaniards seem to enjoy grazing on it as a snack, anytime, anywhere.
I mean it. Between their sausages, jamon, and chorizo, there’s certainly no shortage of protein.
This photo was snapped inside a small bodega, which I stepped into to rest my feet.
“Come,” he said, and instantaneously presented me with the specimen.
It was good, I’m not gonna lie. But definitely not the healthiest.
