Digital Advice

I always imagine the digital space as a vast and open land, on which we, as a society, have only recently touched down.

We’ve landed here, eager to occupy, and now it’s time to build.

I like to picture Matt Damon, a la ‘The Martian’ style, moving through this space in slow-mo (incidentally, the flick earned 91% on Rotten Tomatoes, though I give the book an even higher rating.)

Unlike Damon, however, we’re free to move about, without facing quite as many limitations as he has to contend with.

The coolest part of this analogy, though, isn’t just the excitement of exploring new land.

It’s that each of us gets to play the main character.

Today, we’re literally able to each land on our very own space.

And all of those spaces are individually filled with so many possibilities; and so many opportunities.

All we have to do is just have to hold our breath, take a step out into our unknown, and explore.

The Digital World is Still Untapped

I always imagine the digital space as a vast and open land, on which we, as a society, have only recently touched down.
