What’s on the other side of YOUR wall?

I was wondering this, as I scrolled past some of my old photos from our travels. This one was taken in Edinburgh, Scotland, where I visited with my family just a few years ago.

I was reminded of the beautiful country when I watched the first episode of Outlander the other day.

(What a show! Though I’ve only started to watch it so no spoiler alerts)

I found this particular photo and it made me think about the walls. The ones in our life that don’t allow us to move forward, and need to somehow be passed.

I’m learning to slowly conquer my own hurdles; the walls that limit my full potential. Some of them are extrinsic, some intrinsic.

But the most interesting bit for more, as I get older and experience more, is that the more walls I knock over, the more I realize that pass over them (or through them, or under them) is COMPLETELY under my control.

Leftover Rotisserie Chicken Burritos

I used to struggle with what to make with leftover rotisserie chicken. But now I just whip up delicious burritos. These ones were made with a caesar salad.

When Thai food’s good, Thai food’s good. A “hole in the wall” we frequent in the theater district of NYC that’s worth a visit.
