I made salmon this weekend that was out of this world.
And while it never ceases to amaze me that I am capable of creating – with my own two hands – really great food (I focused on studying for so many years that I neglected other pursuits, including culinary endeavors), I’m getting used to the idea.
This weekend’s method?
Baked over lemon & fresh rosemary swigs, covered in chopped garlic & then fired up under the broiler for 3 smokin’ hot minutes. Wowzers.
