His words rang true. I was moved.

It was Dr. Sanj Katyal’s, and they were posted in Dr. John Jurica’s space online:

“For many of my colleagues looking to leave medicine – I was right there with you. No matter what job or career we find ourselves in, our happiness may not change until we change our thoughts, behaviors, and what we choose to focus on…”

BAM. I identified immediately.

Here is how I responded to his wise words, based on my own path, having left medicine to define a new way of impacting lives:

“I put my fate in my on hands and made some difficult decisions. And they’re paying off.

We are responsible for our own destinies.”

Your Fate is In YOUR Hands

The Clown Head

An eerie legend loomed over the remnants of an abandoned carnival, in the small town of Ravenswood.
